This study investigates the effectiveness of8- the practical application of intimate relationship skills training programs in improving married women's communication skills and intimacy in Tehran. In terms of purpose, the present study is applied and is also a quasi-experimental method in which a pre-test-post-test design with a control group was used. The present study's statistical population included all female employees as deputy director of treatment at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2018, among which 30 people were selected by availability and randomly replaced in the experimental group (15 people) and the control group (15 people). The Walker-Thompson Marital Intimacy Scale (MIS-17) and Jarabak's (2004) communication skills were used to collect data. Multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) is used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. In addition, the research data is analyzed by the SPSS-23 computer program. The results indicated that PAIRS affects women's marital intimacy and sexual satisfaction.
