Diagnosis of this condition is essential as it is considered as a low grade carcinoma with low metastatic potential following a relatively benign clinical course. Unlike other high grade malignant skin neoplasms, TLC requires a different approach to treatment planning. We describe an unusual case of TLC presenting as cutaneous horn in a 60-year-old lady on the right side of the neck.
