%X Tracheal tumors are quite rare, contributing only 0.1-0.4% of all tumors. We report a case of 42-year-old male who presented with right sided neck swelling along with pain and cough for last 1-month. He was diagnosed to be a case of tracheal squamous cell carcinoma. Surgical debulking followed by concurrent chemoradiation was planned. After 6 months follow-up, there was no residual disease and the patient is symptom-free. Along with the case, a brief review of the literature is also presented.
