%X Sweet′s syndrome (acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis) is a well documented entity in acute leukemia. However, there have been only rare reports of its association with chronic leukemia. We report a case of sweet′s syndrome in a patient of BCR-ABL positive chronic myelogenous leukemia in accelerated phase for its rare association, classical clinical presentation and dramatic therapeutic response to corticosteroids.
