They are composed of an abnormal mixture of epithelial and mesenchymal elements. Patients are usually asymptomatic and discovered by chance. We report a case of 65-year-old male patient who presented with cough with hemoptysis, dyspnea, and chest pain. Lumpectomy was done, which revealed histological features of chondroid hamartoma.
