%X Osteoradionecrosis of the mandible is one of the most serious and severe complications of radiation therapy for head and neck malignancies. In this condition, there is a nonhealing wound persistent for 3 months or more characterized by the irradiated bone getting exposed and devitalized with loss of the overlying skin or mucosa. Here, we present a report of three cases which reported to the department of oral medicine and radiology.
