Sun injury, viral infections, and immunocompromised states are known etiological factors. A 49-year-old male presented with a rapidly growing exophytic mass in the left eye for 3 months. Imprint cytology from the mass was suggestive of invasive SCC, and subsequent histopathology confirmed the diagnosis. We are presenting this rare case for its usual (rapidly growing and exophytic) presentation.
