Gastrointestinal polyps are considered as premalignant and also the occurrence of rare malignancies at nongastrointestinal sites is high in these patients. This article demonstrates the importance of oral physician in the diagnosis of this inherited syndrome, thereby minimizing the morbidity in a young male patient who presented with multifocal pigmentation.
