However, in patients receiving radiotherapy for the disease, possibility of secondary angiosarcoma should also be suspected. Secondary angiosarcoma can pose a challenge in pathological diagnosis especially in small trucut biopsies. Aberrant expression of epithelial marker can also add to the difficulty.
