%X Primary Clear cell adenocarcinoma of the colon is extremely rare, with only a handful of cases reported in literature. We herein report a case of such a tumor in a 42-year-old male who presented with rectal bleeding and pain abdomen. A circumferential growth occluding the lumen at the hepatic flexure was visualized on colonoscopy. The right hemicolectomy specimen revealed an ulceroinfiltrative growth which showed histologic features of clear cell adenocarcinoma.
