Pure testicular RMS is a very rare tumor and a few cases have been reported in the literature. We report a 16-year-old male patient with a painless right testicular swelling who underwent high inguinal orchiectomy and diagnosed as testicular embryonal RMS. The patient had a rare recurrence at the scrotal site with inguinal and retroperitoneal metastasis.
