%X Adenocarcinoma of rete testis is a rare tumor. It has varied presentation with either a painless mass in the scrotum or with metastasis. It is seen associated with hydrocele, hematocele, inguinal hernia, or undescended testis. Here, we present a case of adenocarcinoma of rete testes presenting as a hydrocele.
