We report a case of transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder (UB) that subsequently developed squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx after 2 months of diagnosis. He was given radiotherapy for both the primaries. However, after 3 years of completion of treatment, the patient developed a nodular lesion in the right breast just below the nipple. Excision biopsy of the lesion revealed invasive ductal carcinoma. Thus, triple malignancies with different histologies in all the primaries were established in the patient with UB cancer and laryngeal cancer developing synchronously followed by breast cancer metachronously.
